We are Root & Sky Supply Co., a simple, sustainable online supply shop connecting you with beautiful, high-quality things for the littlest aviator in your life. We are woman-owned and operated, and are based in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, residing on the unceded territories of the Á,LEṈENEȻ ȽTE (W̱SÁNEĆ), Coast Salish, Kwantlen, sc̓əwaθenaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsawwassen), S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), sq̓əc̓iy̓aɁɬ təməxʷ (Katzie), and Stz'uminus Nations. With deepest gratitude, we thank them for caring for these lands and waters since time out of mind.

Our Emblem—The Tree of Life

In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil is the symbol of the tree of life. Yggdrasil reaches deeply into the earth and high into the sky, binding Earth, Hell, and Heaven together, as one. We chose the name Root & Sky in honour of Life and the miracle of being alive. We believe that only when our footing is strong and solid like a root—can we reach the highest of heights in our lives—the sky, full of infinite possibilities and perspectives.
